Front Seat Heater for Moskvich M3 (2 Modes)

Purpose:

The installation kit "Moskvich M3" is a dual-mode built-in seat heater designed for under-upholstery installation in the front standard factory seats of the Moskvich M3 vehicle.

The main purpose of the heater is to increase vehicle comfort by heating the seat seating area during the cold season.

Kit contents:

The seat heater kit includes:

• cushion element,
• backrest element,
• main power harness for connection to the vehicle electrical system with alternative (non-factory) compact control buttons.

Description and design features:

The heater is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of automakers: regarding power, heating temperature, electrical safety and component materials.

Each product undergoes 100% inspection for compliance with technical parameters (circuit resistance, current consumption and thermal relay cycling).

A resistive multi-core wire consisting of twisted conductors individually coated with electrical insulating varnish is used as the heating core of the heater.

The cushion and backrest elements operate simultaneously in a series connection circuit from a 12V power supply.

The heater design includes a thermal relay to protect against overheating and maintain the set temperature.

The heaters are fixed to the seat foam using double-sided adhesive tape applied to the elements.

A universal power harness with an alternative dual-mode control button is used to connect the heater to the main circuit; the button has light indicators: an outline illumination of the seat heating symbol and ON mode indicators.

The control button is intended for turning the heater ON/OFF and is installed in pre-cut holes in a place convenient for the user: on the seat, armrest, console or dashboard.

The main power harness can be adjusted in length by the installer without disturbing the connection diagram.

Note:

These cushion and backrest elements can be used in pairs instead of the standard heaters of the Moskvich M3, and it is also permitted to connect them to the standard heating wiring, taking into account the connection diagram of the supplied elements.

Not allowed:

• to violate the supplied heater kit, as design changes are possible,
• to use the "cushion" or "backrest" elements separately to replace standard heaters,
• to violate the element connection diagram,
• to puncture the heated seat with cutting or piercing objects,
• to leave the product switched on unattended.
