Emelya UK-3 with Heat Controller

Installing seat heating solves two problems at once. First, it prevents you from freezing in winter, when starting the engine is inconvenient and getting into a cold car is undesirable. Second, it protects your health. A sore back is a common problem for those who drive frequently. Gentle warmth in the lumbar area relaxes the muscles and helps you feel more comfortable.

TEPLODOM manufactures and sells the Emelya UK-3 heating device. The system is installed under the seat upholstery and heats up within 3-4 minutes.

The control unit consists of two heaters, a control button mounted on the panel, and installation wires. A reinforced heating wire is used as the heat carrier — a patented development of TEPLODOM. It has been certified, handles loads excellently, features high strength, and is resistant to kinks.

System Usage Features

  • To install the device correctly, the seat upholstery must be removed. It is better to do this at a workshop, especially if you do not have enough experience to carefully remove the covers and put them back.
  • Not all materials respond well to heating. This should be kept in mind when purchasing. Fabric is the optimal option in this regard. Leather and synthetic leather must be tested beforehand.
  • One of the key advantages of Emelya UK-3 is the ability to install it on any number of seats, including the rear ones. Since the connection is hidden, the cigarette lighter remains free, and the wires do not get in the way in the cabin.

Built-in heating ensures driver comfort in the cold season. It requires no special maintenance and can last for several years. For the device to operate without interruption, correct installation must be ensured.

How Is the Installation Performed?

The kit includes instructions and a wiring diagram for connecting to the vehicle's electrical system. Whereas slip-on heating systems require connection through the cigarette lighter, here all the wiring is hidden.

The control relay can be mounted in any place convenient for you — between the front seats, on the doors, or on the dashboard. To do this, small holes must be made to match the size of the buttons. After that, the upholstery must be removed and the heating elements installed. They are attached with double-sided tape (included in the kit); the mounting area must first be degreased. Next, the heater is connected to the electrical system. During installation, it is important to follow the wiring layout recommended by the manufacturer. All that remains is to put the covers back in place and check the equipment's operability.

TEPLODOM offers several modifications of the Emelya control unit. You can get advice on selection and order equipment by calling +7 495 185-69-77 and +7 495 185-69-70.
