The contest period is from 12 January to 20 April 2018.

5.1. The draw is held among car services, centres for the installation of additional equipment and tuning studios that have fulfilled all the conditions of the contest:

• register as a contest participant by completing the participant application form https://vk.com/teplodomshop?w=app5619682_-8242778.
• shoot a video of the installation process of any of the Emelya UK series seat heating kits and upload it to the VKontakte social network page https://vk.com/teplodomshop via the "suggest a news item" function, indicating the participant's name in the comments.

5.2. By completing the application form, the participant agrees to these contest rules.

5.3. By uploading the video, the participant thereby gives their consent to the use of this video for advertising purposes by TEPLODOM and authorises its placement on the company's official website, partner websites and social media pages. The person who uploaded the video bears liability for any infringement of copyright in the video, violation of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and claims on the part of third parties.

5.4. Employees and representatives of the Organiser, persons affiliated with them, family members, as well as employees of other organisations involved in the organisation and conduct of the contest, may not become contest participants.

5.5. By taking part in the contest, participants agree that any information voluntarily provided by them, including photographs taken at the moment the prize is awarded, submitted videos and additional materials, may be used by the Organiser, its authorised representatives and/or advertising agencies, including for advertising purposes, without obtaining the additional consent of the participants and without paying them any remuneration for this.

5.6. A contest participant has the right to:

• Receive the prize if they are recognised as the winner in accordance with the terms of the draw.
• Obtain information on the results of the contest on the website http://teplodomshop.ru/

5.7. Contest participants are obliged to:

• Perform all actions related to participation in the contest and receipt of prizes within the time limits established by the terms of the contest.
• A contest participant recognised as the winner, in accordance with the Terms of the contest, is obliged to independently file a declaration with the tax authority and pay the taxes and fees established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Participants bear independent liability for the non-performance (improper performance) of the above obligations.

6.1. The contest is conducted in accordance with these rules.

6.2. Based on the results of the contest, 1 (one) winner is determined, who receives the prize in the form of 5 (five) Emelya UK 2 kits. In addition, an unlimited number of winners receive the status of "Official TEPLODOM Partner" and "Recommended Installation Centre".

6.4. Winners are determined subjectively by the contest organiser, represented by the general director of TEPLODOM LLC.

6.3. Upon receipt of the prize, the winner must identify themselves by providing a power of attorney from the legal entity, or a Russian Federation passport in the case of an individual entrepreneur.

7.1. The winner of the contest is notified of the win by a representative of the contest organiser immediately after the draw, by sending a letter to the email address and calling the contact telephone number specified in the application form when registering as a contest participant.

7.2. Delivery of the main prize to the winner is carried out at the winner's expense, by the CDEK transport company, Business Lines or any other, as agreed with the contest organiser.

7.3. Prizes awarded are not subject to return or exchange.

8.3. No monetary equivalent of the prizes or compensation for the prizes is paid.
