Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy

This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the procedure for the processing and protection of the personal data of Users of the website https://teplodom.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the User in the course of the User’s use of the Website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as “152-FZ”).

1.3. The User’s use of the Website constitutes the User’s full consent to this Policy.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.2. User means a person using the Website and accepting the terms of this Policy.

2.3. Personal Data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (the subject of personal data).

2.4. Processing of Personal Data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — whether or not automated means are used.

3. User’s Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

3.2. The list of personal data for the processing of which consent is granted: surname, first name and patronymic; email address; contact telephone number; as well as any other data that the User provides about themselves when completing forms on the Website and placing orders.

3.3. Purposes of personal data processing: provision of the Operator’s services (sale of engineering equipment and components); consulting the User on goods and services; communication with the User; informing the User about order status, goods and promotions; improvement of the quality of service.

3.4. Legal grounds for the processing of personal data: Article 6 of 152-FZ; the Operator’s constituent documents; contracts concluded between the User and the Operator; this consent.

3.5. List of actions performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.

3.6. The User’s personal data does not qualify as publicly available personal data.

3.7. The consent is valid indefinitely until it is withdrawn. The User has the right to withdraw the consent by sending a request to the email address info@teplodom.ru. Withdrawal of consent takes effect on the day following the Operator’s receipt of the relevant request.

4. Policy on the Use of Cookies and Web Analytics Services

4.1. The Website uses cookies. By continuing to use the Website, the User agrees to the use of cookies.

4.2. The User may disable cookies in their browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the proper functioning of certain features of the Website.

4.3. The Website collects depersonalised visit data (IP address, browser type, date and time of visit, pages viewed) in order to improve the operation of the Website and analyse statistics.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.2. The User has the right: to demand the clarification, blocking or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed in violation of the law; to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

5.3. The User undertakes: to provide reliable personal data; to notify the Operator in a timely manner of any change in their personal data; not to provide the personal data of third parties without their consent.

6. Liability and Dispute Resolution

6.1. The Operator is not liable for unlawful actions of the User or for failures in the operation of the Website and the Internet that are beyond the Operator’s control.

6.2. Disputes and disagreements arising in connection with this Policy shall be resolved through negotiations. Claims shall be sent to the email address info@teplodom.ru. The period for consideration of a claim is 30 (thirty) business days from the date of its receipt.

6.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to a court at the location of the Operator in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.

7.2. The User is advised to review the current version of the Policy periodically.
