TEPLODOM is a Russian developer and manufacturer of flexible electric heaters and heating systems for automotive seats, steering wheels and interior elements.

We do not copy foreign solutions — we create our own. Our technologies are protected by patents and recognized by leading automakers.

We handle everything — from idea to serial production — in-house:

• design of heating elements and intelligent control systems;
• selection and testing of materials;
• automated production and multi-level quality control.

This approach guarantees stable performance and full compliance with the requirements of OEM partners.

Emelya heaters use a new-generation carbon material that provides:

• uniform, gentle and safe heating;
• high flexibility and resistance to bending;
• durability even under intensive use.

For OEM projects, we use bimetallic wire with different characteristics for each project, developed by our engineers.

One of the wires we developed:

• fully non-flammable;
• withstands up to 500,000 bending cycles, which meets the highest international standards;
• eliminates the risk of short circuits and fire — even if the insulation is damaged.

The nonwoven carrier fabric used is also made of non-flammable material, which makes the design as safe and resistant to external influences as possible.

Our electronic control units are more than just an on/off mode.

They are intelligent thermal regulation algorithms designed for an optimal balance between comfort and energy consumption.

This reduces the load on the vehicle's electrical system and extends the service life of components.

We create solutions not only for seats and steering wheels, but also for:

• door panels;
• armrests;
• center consoles;
• premium-class interior elements.
