This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official offer made by TEPLODOM LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to conclude a goods sale and purchase agreement on the terms set out below with any person who responds to this offer (Clause 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

The Offer is published on the Seller’s corporate website https://teplodom.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Revision dated 20.10.2026.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Offer is a public offer to conclude a goods sale and purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) on the terms set out in the Offer.

1.2. Acceptance of the Offer means the Buyer performs the actions specified in Section 4 of the Offer. From the moment of acceptance, the Agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of the Offer.

If Goods are purchased from an authorised partner, the relevant partner is the seller under such Agreement, and the sale terms are determined by that partner’s terms to the extent they do not conflict with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The terms of this Offer apply in relations with the Seller where TEPLODOM LLC acts as the seller.

1.6. The relations between the Parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 dated 07.02.1992 “On Consumer Protection” (hereinafter referred to as the “Consumer Protection Law”).
